Dr. Woods requires patients to have a medical referral in order to be evaluated. This ensures patients being scheduled meet medical necessity for the evaluation. Patient’s can discuss their concerns with their doctor and request a referral be sent to our office. Please reach out if you have questions about having a neuropsychological evaluation completed for yourself, or your child.
