Victoria grew up in Oregon and became part of Woods Neuropsychological Services in February 2024 as the medical biller. With her Certified Professional Biller (CPB) certification, she plays a key role in making sure patients’ bills are processed accurately and that insurance claims are handled smoothly. Whether it’s answering questions about invoices, helping to resolve insurance issues, or following up on claims, Victoria is here to help patients feel more comfortable with the billing process. She is committed to making sure everything is explained clearly so that patients understand what to expect and how their insurance is being managed.

Victoria is always happy to assist with questions about claims, payments, or any concerns regarding medical billing. Her goal is to make things easier and less stressful for those who reach out to her.

When she’s not working, Victoria enjoys playing soccer and spending time with her family, making sure to balance her work life with personal time and fun.
